Terms and Conditions
Updated By CanadaCasinos editorial team19+ · how we rate
These terms apply to everyone who uses canadacasinos.biz. By reading the site you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
Who runs the site
canadacasinos.biz is operated by Qamarion Interactive FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis Headquarters, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms "we", "us" and "CanadaCasinos" mean that company. You can write to us at [email protected].
What the site is
CanadaCasinos publishes reviews, comparisons and guides about online casinos, bonuses, payment methods and games for readers in Canada. It is an information service only. We are not a casino or a gambling operator: we do not accept bets, open player accounts, hold deposits or pay out winnings, and nothing on the site is an offer to gamble.
Age
The site is intended for adults who have reached the legal gambling age in their province: 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). If you are under that age, please leave the site. Casinos check age and identity themselves, and an account opened by an underage player can be closed and its winnings withheld.
Gambling law in Canada
Gambling is regulated province by province. Ontario runs an open online market in which casinos register with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and contract with iGaming Ontario; Alberta has opened a regulated online market overseen by AGLC; in the other provinces online gambling is offered by the provincial lottery and gaming corporation. Many casinos reviewed on the site are offshore and hold no Canadian licence. It is your responsibility to check whether you may lawfully play with a given operator from where you live before you sign up.
Affiliate links
Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you open an account through one of them, the casino may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. How these partnerships work and what they do not change is explained in our affiliate disclosure.
Accuracy of information
We check what we publish against the casino's own terms and, where possible, the regulator's public records, and we date each page when it is updated. Bonuses, wagering rules, limits, game lists and licence details change, often without notice, so a page shows what we found at the time of the last update. Always confirm the current terms on the casino's site before you deposit. Our disclaimer sets out the limits of what the site can promise.
No advice and no guarantees
Nothing on the site is financial, legal or tax advice. Every casino game has a house edge, results are random, and you can lose the money you stake. Ratings and rankings are our editorial opinion, formed by the method described on the How We Rate Casinos page.
Third-party sites
Links take you to sites we do not control. Your relationship with a casino is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and any account, deposit, bonus or withdrawal is a matter between you and that operator.
Using the site
You may read, print and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Texts, ratings, tables and design belong to us or our licensors; casino names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify them. Do not copy the site in bulk, scrape it automatically, or use it in a way that disrupts it or breaks the law.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from gambling, from decisions made on the basis of our content, from the acts or omissions of any casino, or from the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, the place where Qamarion Interactive FZCO is established. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer law of the province where you live.
