CanadaCasinos is free to read. The site is funded by commissions from some of the casinos it reviews. This page explains how that works and how we keep it separate from what we write. The site is operated by Qamarion Interactive FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis Headquarters, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
How we earn money
Some links on our pages, mostly the buttons that take you to a casino, are affiliate links. They carry a tracking code that tells the casino a visitor came from CanadaCasinos. If you open an account through one of these links, and in some cases make a deposit, the casino or its affiliate network may pay us a commission. Depending on the agreement, this can be a one-time fee per new player or a share of the casino's revenue from that player over time.
What it costs you
Nothing. The commission is paid by the casino, not by you, and it does not change the bonus, the terms or the odds you get. You can also reach any casino we review by typing its address yourself; the offer is the same either way.
What commissions do not change
Commissions do not decide what we write about a casino. Every operator is reviewed by the same method, set out on our How We Rate Casinos page: licensing and the provinces it accepts, the full bonus terms, deposit and withdrawal rules, game library and support. Weaknesses we find, such as a high wagering multiple, a low withdrawal cap or slow verification, stay on the review page whether or not we have a partnership with that casino. We also review casinos we have no commercial relationship with, and we publish a list of blacklisted casinos we advise players to avoid.
How rankings are built
Lists such as "best payout casinos" or "new casinos" are ordered by the criteria named on each page and by our scores. A commercial agreement can determine whether a casino has a link at all, since we can only send readers through a tracked link to operators we work with, but it is not a criterion in our scores. If we ever place a casino in a position because of a paid arrangement, the page will say so.
Who we work with
We work with casinos directly and through affiliate networks. Agreements start and end over time, so the list of partners changes and we do not publish it as a separate page. The simple rule is this: any button or link on the site that takes you to a casino may be an affiliate link, and you should read it as one. Links to regulators, game providers and support services are never paid.
Offshore operators
Many casinos we review are licensed outside Canada and hold no Canadian licence. A commission from such a casino does not mean that it is authorised in your province. Ontario residents should look for casinos registered with the AGCO and iGaming Ontario, and every reader should check whether an operator may lawfully serve players where they live.
Age and responsible play
Our pages and affiliate links are intended only for adults of legal gambling age: 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). We do not knowingly direct anyone younger to a casino. Gambling involves the risk of losing money; if it is causing problems, ConnexOntario offers free, confidential help 24/7 on 1-866-531-2600, and every province has its own responsible gambling service.
