CanadaCasinos publishes reviews and guides to help adults in Canada understand online casinos before they decide whether to play. This page explains what that information can and cannot do for you. It applies to every page of canadacasinos.biz, which is operated by Qamarion Interactive FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis Headquarters, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Information, not an offer to gamble

Everything on the site is general information. We are not a casino, a bookmaker or a payment provider. We do not take bets, open accounts, hold deposits or pay winnings, and we cannot influence what a casino does with your account. When you click through to a casino, you leave our site and enter into an agreement with that operator alone. Any dispute about a bonus, a game result, a verification request or a withdrawal is between you and the casino.

Age: 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec)

Online gambling is for adults only. The legal age is set by each province: it is 19 in most of the country and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Our pages are not written for anyone below that age, and we ask younger visitors to leave the site. Casinos are required to verify age and identity, and an account found to belong to an underage player can be closed and its winnings withheld.

Gambling law differs by province

There is no single Canadian casino licence. Ontario runs an open market in which online casinos register with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operate under agreement with iGaming Ontario. Alberta has opened a regulated online market overseen by AGLC. In the other provinces, online gambling is offered by the provincial lottery and gaming corporation. Many of the casinos we review are licensed outside Canada and hold no Canadian licence; a licence from another jurisdiction does not give you the protections of a provincial regulator. Whether you may play with a particular operator depends on where you live, and checking that is your responsibility before you sign up.

Terms change faster than pages

Casinos change their welcome offers, wagering requirements, maximum bets, withdrawal limits, accepted payment methods and game libraries regularly, often without notice. We check each page against what the casino published and date it when it is updated, but a review shows the state of things at that date. Figures such as bonus amounts, free spin counts, wagering multiples, payout times and RTP values are reported as the operator or game provider published them and may since have changed. The casino's own terms always take precedence over our summary. Read the current terms and conditions on the casino's site in full before you deposit or accept a bonus.

Bonuses come with conditions

A welcome bonus is not free money. Bonus funds and free spin winnings usually have to be wagered a set number of times before they can be withdrawn, within a time limit and under a maximum bet rule. Some games count less, or not at all, towards wagering. Breaking a bonus rule, even by accident, can lead to the bonus and its winnings being removed. Our bonus pages explain how these conditions work, but they cannot list every clause of every offer. Where a casino's terms and our description differ, the casino's terms apply.

Ratings are opinions

Our scores, rankings and "best of" lists are editorial opinions. They are built by the method described on our How We Rate Casinos page, which looks at licensing, terms, banking, games and support, but they remain a judgement made at a point in time. A high rating does not guarantee that you will have a good experience with a casino, that it will approve your withdrawal on time, or that it will still meet the same standard after we publish the review. If something changes, or a reader reports a problem we can confirm, we update the page.

No guarantee of winnings

Every casino game is designed with a house edge. Return to player (RTP) is a theoretical average calculated over a very large number of rounds; it says nothing about what will happen in a single session, and you can lose your whole stake. No strategy, system or bonus removes the house edge. Our explanations of game rules, volatility and betting options are meant to help you understand the games, not to suggest that you can beat them.

Not professional advice

Nothing on the site is legal, financial or tax advice. Whether gambling winnings are taxable, whether a payment method is suitable for you, or whether a particular arrangement is lawful depends on your own circumstances. If you need advice on those questions, consult a qualified professional.

Affiliate links

Some links on the site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when a reader opens an account through them. This is how the site is funded. The details, and what commissions do and do not affect, are set out in our affiliate disclosure.

Third-party content and links

We link to casinos, game providers, regulators and support services so that you can check information at the source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Casino names, logos and game titles belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Errors and availability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that every page is free of errors or that the site will always be online. To the extent the law allows, Qamarion Interactive FZCO is not liable for losses arising from gambling, from reliance on information published here, or from the actions of any casino. If you find a mistake, please tell us at [email protected] and quote the page and the sentence concerned.

Gamble responsibly

Treat gambling as paid entertainment, not as a way to make money. Decide in advance how much you can afford to lose and for how long you will play, use the deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools that casinos offer, and never chase losses or borrow to gamble. If gambling stops being fun or starts to affect your money, work or relationships, stop and ask for help. In Ontario, ConnexOntario answers free and confidentially 24/7 on 1-866-531-2600; in other provinces, your provincial responsible gambling service offers the same support. Our guide to provincial online casinos explains who runs gambling in each province.
