Jackpot City

Jackpot City spreads its welcome offer across a player’s first four deposits rather than one large match. At the time of our Jackpot City review, each of the four deposits was matched 100% up to $400, for a total of up to $1,600 in bonus money. The minimum deposit was C$10.
Wagering and time limit
The welcome bonus carried a wagering requirement of 70 times the bonus amount, to be met within 7 days. Missing the deadline forfeits both the bonus and any winnings made with it. As plain arithmetic: a full $400 match at 70x means $28,000 of bets before the bonus can be withdrawn, and in 7 days that is about $4,000 of bets a day. That is the number to look at before you opt in, not the headline $1,600.
Games do not count equally toward wagering. Slots counted 100%, while classic blackjack and several video poker games counted only 2%, so clearing the bonus on table games is not realistic. Read the contribution table in the casino’s bonus terms before you play, because it can change.
Other promotions
Beyond the welcome package, Jackpot City has run occasional free spins for existing players and a Daily Deal that matches a deposit on that day with its own game and time restrictions. New accounts start in the loyalty programme, where points are earned on real-money play and can be redeemed under the casino’s terms; the VIP club is by invitation only. New members were credited 2,500 loyalty points on joining, which places them at the Bronze level from the start.
Who runs the casino
Jackpot City has been online since 1998 and held a licence from Malta, with its games and payouts audited by eCOGRA. The lobby listed about 525 games. Withdrawals took 1 to 4 days to process, depending on the method, which matters if you plan to cash out soon after clearing the bonus. A long track record does not change the bonus maths above, but it does mean the terms and complaint routes are published and easy to find on the casino’s own site.
Bonus terms are set by the operator and change without notice. Treat the figures above as a guide to how the offer is built, and confirm the current amounts, wagering and eligible payment methods in the cashier before you make a qualifying deposit.
